It’s back! The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) and The National Institutes of Health’s $100K annual competition “Start an SUD Startup” needs your ideas that may lead to biotech startups for Substance Use Disorders (SUD). This prize challenge has had continued success each year, and remains popular within communities by providing hope in discovering solutions to reduce misuse and overdose instances. NIDA believes this competition is unique as they intend to provide dedicated biomedical entrepreneurial assistance and prize money to the “would-be” startup founders much earlier than most investors, incubators, or traditional models of research funding (e.g., small business grants). Learn more, grab a team, and share this challenge! Submissions due by 9/3/24: https://lnkd.in/eMeWgB58
