We’re thrilled to introduce Ian Ramey, our #ChaneyRockstar for October! 🥳🙌   Ian began his career with Chaney over seven years ago as a Concrete Delivery Professional (CDP), and his unwavering dedication quickly set him apart. With a positive, "can-do" attitude, Ian excelled through two well-deserved promotions once the Chaney CDL Driver Training Program was launched: first as a Driver Trainer, then as a Professional Driving Instructor. Ian's expertise behind the wheel and his approachable communication style makes him the ideal mentor for our onsite driver training program, where he provides on the job training to newly hired CDPs.    An Air Force veteran, Ian values both training and safety. His thorough and effective approach helped produce a well-trained driver team at his home plant in Waldorf, MD.   A force to be reckoned with, Ian is the tech wizard behind our training team. As a certified Smith Systems Driving Instructor, he's also mentored countless CDPs in Maryland and Virginia, inspiring them with his passion for safety and efficiency.   Currently, Ian is playing a vital role in the Command Alkon integration project. He has traveled to each area to help train and support drivers as they navigate new processes and technologies. He went above and beyond by creating a Spanish version of the Command training, so everyone has the chance to fully understand the new process.   Let's give a big round of applause to Ian Ramey! He's an absolute rockstar, and we're thrilled to have him on our team. 🎸🎈🎊
