These initiatives have now been officially launched, and their outcomes will be disseminated to the marketplace by the end of the calendar year. In 2009 when Filene shifted from a think tank to a "think-and-do tank" by adding an innovation element to pair with research, actionable ideas and solutions centered around topics such as: strategy, policy, cooperative principles, lending, talent, consumer behavior, marketing, profitability, innovation, and governance.
