The way you hire says more about your culture than any "About Us" page ever will. If your process feels clunky, slow, or impersonal, candidates will assume that’s how you run the rest of the show too.. → Speed Matters. If you take weeks to respond, candidates will assume everything else at your company moves at a snail’s pace too. → Be Human. Automated rejection emails? Fine. But if someone made it through multiple rounds, the LEAST you can do is give them real feedback.. not silence. → Sell Your Culture. Don’t just list perks; show candidates what makes your team special. The hiring process is your chance to make them want to be part of it. People remember how you made them feel during the interview process.
