Our Librarians Cassie and Kristin presented at the Public Library Association (PLA) Conference in Columbus, OH! They spoke to a crowd of public library staff about standardizing Storytime to challenge post-COVID impacts on school readiness. At CCPL, we view Storytime as a whole-child learning experience and leverage our time spent with families to intentionally share early literacy tips and practices to build lifelong learners. The PLA session was a success and widely-regarded by attendees!
