The Fall 2024 launch party was an incredible success! We were thrilled to celebrate alongside the talented individuals who bring the homes featured in our magazine to life! We thank Hunter Quinn Homes for opening up one of their beautiful homesites for our event. The home layout is the Chadwick, boasting 3,370 sq ft featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and is on the market. Another big thank you to The Tashjians for allowing us to feature Tidalholm also known as "The Big Chill House" beloved for its role in the motion picture.
