There's always something new to experience at the latest dining destination at New York University. 🍽️🍽️ Flavor Lab by NYU Eats in Jasper Kane Cafe invites guests to try an ever-revolving menu featuring items from different global cuisines. The space was designed based on student feedback desiring to experience international flavors. Right now, guests can drop by Flavor Lab to try food from Katora Indian Eats, a local restaurant serving wraps and bowls filled with warm chicken curry, soft naan, and rich cilantro chutney. 😋😋

When students returned to Lamar University for the fall semester, they were welcomed by a brand-new, redesigned Brooks-Shivers dining hall. ✨✨ Completely reimagined from the ground up, Brooks-Shivers offers a brighter, cozier space with new lighting, refreshed flooring, and an updated open floor plan that establishes better flow for lines and easier access to stations. Student surveys and collaborations with the student government helped lead renovations to make a more open, friendly space that inspired guests to stay awhile and relax. The Lamar dining team is proud to offer new spaces for guests to share joy over food. ❤️

The true sign of fame? Having a sandwich named after you! 🌟🥪 Recently, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte dining team was featured on ESPN+, showcasing their fan-favorite 🏈 Poggi Pit Beef sandwich. The dish is named after head football coach Biff Poggi, a local legend who led the Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland, for 20 years—where the pit beef sandwich is a classic favorite. This savory creation features slow-cooked beef, caramelized onions, and a spicy horseradish kick, all served on a fresh roll. Wishing the Charlotte 49ers the best of luck this season!

As our guests transition back to school, we're there to help them reach their communities. Our teams have been hosting CheerFul events to create welcoming spaces where guests can meet, mingle, and find their people. 🌻🌻 University of Houston guests encouraged each other to write encouraging letters to their future selves and bonded by crafting mini sunflower plants. 👨🌾👨🌾 At Illinois Institute of Technology, guests explored a vibrant farmers market with fresh, locally sourced vegetables and wrote messages of kindness to each other on the Wall of Welcome. 🤗🤗 Guests at Elmhurst University got to know their student organizations during a BBQ with Sigma Lambda Beta, who hosted a photo station, and the Student Government Association, which handed out popcorn. The university president got in on the fun with a group photo. 🎉🎉 The San Jose State University campus community bonded with their residence hall association and dining team during a CheerFul foam party, where they also enjoyed ice cream and live music. Guests at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro can grab their food in seconds with advanced ordering technology at EUC Food Court. 🙌🙌 When students have a moment between busy schedules or club events, they can order through kiosks or on their phones to pick up wings from Buffalo Wild Wings GO, BBQ sandwiches from CRAVE Virtual Food Hall, and a revolving menu of student-chosen favorites at Student Choice Kitchen.  These new options not only enhance the variety of food on campus, but also bring cutting-edge technology to the forefront of the ordering experience.👏👏

With nutritional guidance and tailored programs for fueling athletes, we aim to assist teams in achieving optimal performance. At the University of Florida, campus dietitian Sydney Littlejohn Watkins is helping the school's dance team fuel their bodies with the right choices to support their training. Syd joined the Dazzlers dance team during their training camp and put together a three-part educational series that taught the dancers how to take care of themselves for performances, recovery, and care through thoughtful nutritional choices. 🥗 🥣 Thanks to her work, the Dazzlers are equipped with the right skills to reach their nutritional goals.
