His impact is hard to quantify - He is an integral part of growing teams and building culture for his clients. On the other hand, he has helped countless candidates land their dream position. We are keeping our Western North Carolina neighbors close to our hearts as they begin to recover from the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene. We know how many of you are looking for ways to help, and we appreciate this community's desire to step in and support. The need is great. There are many organizations across the Triad actively providing drop-off centers and drives to gather supplies and raise money - below are a few links to the established charitable efforts across the Triad. Please consider pitching in if you are able 🤍 Blue Ridge Public Record - https://lnkd.in/eHhbUW6J WXII - https://lnkd.in/ewSqDYGv Wake Forest University - https://lnkd.in/ghKyi47S

This week was a very exciting milestone for The Chatham Group - We broke ground on our new office building! 🏢 📫 🎉 This new addition will serve as a gathering point for our collaborative, growing team. While we didn't have golden shovels for the photo-op, we HAD to document the elbow grease owners Tom Galvanek, CSM and Alden Galvanek are pouring into making this new space a reality. 💪

Our recruiter, Madalena Benson, recently shared a book recommendation that could be used as a tool for culture building and vision casting in your organization. 'Like' if you would be interested in a new book recommendation from The Chatham Group to kick off each month 💡
📗 ‼ Book Club Alert ‼ 📗 Choosing a book to read and discuss with your team, or entire organization, is a great tool for inspiration, culture building, and vision casting. If you provide any type of service, which many of us do, I encourage you to consider Unreasonable Hospitality, by Will Guidara. While many of the stories come from the restaurant industry, the emphasis on the importance of how our interactions make people feel and how that strengthens long-term partnerships, is universal. I find the following quote especially impactful in my business: "At the end of the day, the best way to respect and reward the A players on your team is to surround them with other A players. This is how you attract more A players. And it means you must invest as much energy into hiring as you expect the team to invest in their jobs. You cannot expect someone to keep giving all of themselves if you put someone alongside them who isn't willing to do the same."
