We match higher-end chefs, bartenders, and other hospitality managers with equally higher-end restaurants and resorts with the right values and vibes. We aim to finally address (and hopefully solve!) an important problem in the industry: for talented hospitality workers to find a great place to work, and in turn, for amazing workplaces to find talented and reliable staff. Our goal is to address this challenge by matching skilled hospitality workers with top-tier workplaces. We do this by providing a safe, authentic, and transparent platform for people who really care about hospitality, and the way that great hospitality builds even greater communities. Our secret sauce?
