We were honored and excited to welcome a group of inspired and inspiring students from The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and the Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute to CHEW last Friday to discuss everything from sustainable ingredient sourcing and cell-cultured meats to putting the plants back into plant-based and why Fastfood's proprietary Galactose Syrup is a key to unlock the future of sports nutrition. Thank you to Katie Stebbins and Emily Stanislawzyk for helping us create a memorable experience for these bright, insatiably curious stars in the future of food innovation.

Massive congratulation to our very own Kyle Stuart CRC®, CFS, who leads our Culinology team on his inspiration, dedication and participation in this amazing event last weekend supporting the Research Chefs Association at The James Beard House in NYC. We got a sneak peek of the menu which was mind-blowingly creative and a palette for the culinary team's talent and artistry. Having FOMO for not being there in person is an understatement.
It was such an honor to cook at The James Beard House this weekend, and it was even more of an honor to cook alongside some of the best chefs and people our industry has to offer.
