The week included informative speakers, interactive hands-on sessions, and AWS DeepRacer races at each of our office locations. It brought to life our commitment to continuous improvement through engaging, business-relevant activities. Congratulations to our team who made this happen!
#TakeYourKidstoWorkDay was a blast! 86 Jr. CTC employees learned all about our values, teamed up for an intense mock trading activity, and had fun “coding” robots. The day ended with a $3,000 donation to charities across NY and Chicago. It was a great day showing the next generation all the career paths at CTC!
