Today I happened to be in the office when I received a phone call from a visitor to our HQ here in Chicago. This gentleman was from El Paso, Texas and wanted to drop off a remembrance candle for the family of PO Ella Grace French who was taken from us almost three years ago. This is something that I will not soon forget. #texas #goodsamaritan
