Since 2012, ChickTech has reached 35,000 people and counting. We empower our multi-generational community to see themselves as leaders by providing networking, professional development and mentoring opportunities. Although our primary focus is the tech industry, we aim to increase the number of women and gender-diverse people who aspire to join the big beautiful world of STEM, while creating a strong sense of belonging and support to keep them there.
