The "2023 Taste of Asia" in San Francisco was successfully held, promoting the thriving development of Asian cuisine in North America. On August 27th, 2023, the 5th "Taste of Asia" jointly organized by the largest and most influential food lifestyle platform in North America, "Chihuo Inc." cross-cultural marketing company Asia Creative, and the North American Asian Food Culture Association (NAAFIA), came to a successful conclusion in the San Jose Bay Area of San Francisco. 🎉 As an annual culinary summit dedicated to serving the North American Asian restaurant, food and beverage industry and promoting information sharing and cultural exchange within the industry, this Foodie Festival marked its return to offline events for the first time since the pandemic. Over 500 attendees gathered on-site to collectively focus on the current state of the North American restaurant industry after the pandemic and engage in in-depth discussions about future development trends. San Jose City Councilman David Cohen delivered the opening speech. Chihuo Inc. demonstrated their enthusiasm for Asian cuisine and support for Asian restaurant professionals. Asia's diverse flavors and cultures are worthy of appreciation and celebration and serve as a unifying force, bringing like-minded individuals together. The passion and ideals of Asian food professionals in spreading culture through cuisine were once again evident at this event.
