💫 ASPIRING to Grow within CDS 💫 At CDS, we believe in nurturing not only the children in our schools but also the growth and potential of our incredible team members. To support this vision, our Training team developed the ASPIRE program to enhance our team members' strengths, ambitions, and aspirations! ASPIRE supports their success by building essential skills and connecting them with School Support Partners as they advance in their careers within CDS. Launched in 2023 to develop future Directors, the ASPIRE program has been an outstanding success. Voluntary yet highly sought after, it has empowered Assistant Directors to step into Director roles confidently. Building on this success, we have introduced a new branch to support those aspiring to become Assistant Directors. And we’re not stopping there—exciting expansions are planned for 2025!
