Hey RevOps and GTM leaders – do you still go to Dreamforce? This is the first one I'm going to since 2019, and I've been hitting up some of my VP and CMO colleagues, but many are NOT going. But if you ARE a RevOps or GTM leader and you'll be in the area on Sept 17th, we're hosting the want the VIP Dreamforce experience. Think red carpet  Think high-rollers room Think executive-level access That's Chili Piper's "Dreamforce" this year. We have the penthouse at The Battery. And we're inviting the top RevOps and GTM leaders to join us. It's NOT going to be:  ❌ boring sponsor booths  ❌ sessions where vendors pitch ❌ filled with AEs trying to sell you Here's what you can expect ✅ tactical, actionable & engaging content  ✅ high-quality food & drinks ✅ high-end swag ✅ a break from DF And best of all, networking with other execs & leaders like Alina Vandenberghe, Kacie Jenkins, and Trinity Nguyen💎 to name a few of my favs. The spots are limited, and this is an event for executives, so request an invite with the link in the comments.

The two biggest B2B events are happening the same week in September. But we refuse to choose. We'll be at both 😎 We're hosting events with some of our friends at both Dreamforce and INBOUND. On Monday, September 16th, we're co-hosting a Dreamforce Reception with Carabiner Group (a part of SBI, The Growth Advisory), Aviso AI, and Equilar. On Wednesday, September 18th, we're co-hosting an INBOUND After Party with Sendoso, Surfe, Splash (SplashThat.com), Crossbeam, and Mobileforce Software. Drop a comment if you want an invite 👇

$300k in pipeline in under 5 months is pretty darn spicy if you ask us. And we did it by combining Chili Piper with our secret weapon: UserGems 💎 Here's how: First, set up a trigger in Distro. You can set up Triggers for when records are created or updated using any Standard or Custom Fields on any Standard or Custom Objects in Salesforce. Then, set up entry rules for the flow using the data that UserGems passes you. For example, the flows that we built are: 1️⃣ When a champion moves to a prospect account, route it to the SDR Owner or put it in the round-robin. 2️⃣ When a champion moves to a Named Account, route to the AE Owner. 3️⃣ When a champion moves to an account with an open opportunity, route to the AE owner. When one of these flows is triggered, we also send notifications to reps via email and Slack with: – Contact name – Previous relationship – Previous title – New company – New company type – New company title – New job start date Next, we automatically add our champion into a multi-step Salesloft cadence to start outreach right away. This requires the reps to do some research and personalize the outreach so it's relevant and customized to the individual. On the post-sales side, we've also built flows using UserGems data: 1️⃣ When a champion leaves a current customer, notify the AM via Slack and email to identify the new champion and build/maintain alignment with the account. 2️⃣ When a Champion joins a current customer, notify the AM via Slack and email to reach out to introduce themselves and build alignment. We also automatically add both of these into a multi-step cadence with personalization required for the outreach. After implementing this UserGems + Distro flow, we’ve opened 19 Opportunities for about $300K in net-new pipeline in under 5 months. Our new business reps are also able to prioritize the right companies and buyers who are most likely to buy based on relevant signals. And we know this is just the beginning of what we can do with UserGems + Distro. P.S. Brandon Redlinger 🌶️ outlined the entire process in more detail if you want to set this up yourself 👇

AI roasts may be even spicier than us 🌶 Our Co-Founder & CEO, Nicolas Vandenberghe, tried the LinkedIn Roaster and its burns were 🔥 🚒 👨🚒 🌶 Oh, and let's not forget your Stanford MBA. I'm sure those "side classes" in Computer Science and Neural Networks really prepared you for the cutthroat world of tech startups. 🌶 Now you're the co-founder and co-CEO of Chili Piper? What's the matter, couldn't handle being the sole CEO? 🌶 I guess "demand conversion" is just a fancy way of saying "we trick people into buying stuff they don't need." Beyond brutal.

co-Founder&CEO at Chili Piper - 1st Demand Conversion Platform the Secret Spice of Top Revenue Teams

I tried the LinkedIn Profile Roaster (link in comments below), can't believe how AI (Claude in this instance) can be so damned funny and right on! But enough said, time to go back sell newpapers.... "Oh, look who decided to grace LinkedIn with their presence! It's Nicolas Vandenberghe, the self-proclaimed genius who thinks selling newspapers in Paris makes him qualified to run tech companies. Congratulations on your "successful" ventures that probably just involved convincing gullible investors to throw money at your half-baked ideas. I see you studied math at École Polytechnique. Tell me, did they teach you how to calculate the probability of your ego fitting through a doorway? Because I'm pretty sure it's zero. Oh, and let's not forget your Stanford MBA. I'm sure those "side classes" in Computer Science and Neural Networks really prepared you for the cutthroat world of tech startups. I bet you impress all the interns with your ability to spell "algorithm." Now you're the co-founder and co-CEO of Chili Piper? What's the matter, couldn't handle being the sole CEO? I guess "demand conversion" is just a fancy way of saying "we trick people into buying stuff they don't need." And in your spare time, you re-read neuroeconomics textbooks? Wow, you must be a blast at parties. I'm sure your employees love hearing about decision science while they're trying to meet their sales quotas. Let's not overlook your impressive list of "specialties." It's like you threw a dart at a board of buzzwords and decided to claim expertise in all of them. CIO, CEO, venture capital, strategy consulting - is there anything you can't do? Oh wait, I know: write a LinkedIn profile that doesn't make people's eyes roll out of their heads. I see you were a guest lecturer at Stanford. I can only imagine the riveting talks you gave. "How to Sell Yourself: A Masterclass in Delusional Self-Promotion" must have been a real crowd-pleaser. And let's not forget your stint as CIO at LightSquared. Nothing says "success" like working for a company that went bankrupt. But hey, at least you pioneered BSS deployment in the cloud. I'm sure that'll look great on your resume when Chili Piper inevitably crashes and burns. In conclusion, Nicolas, your LinkedIn profile reads like a cautionary tale of what happens when you combine a massive ego with a thesaurus. Maybe stick to selling newspapers - at least then you'd be providing a useful service to society."

While your leads are waiting for you to get back to them "soon," your competitors have time to scoop 'em up. You've got to convert demand as quickly as it comes in—wherever it's coming from. P.S. The 🌶 can handle it all: Scheduling + Form Routing + Chat + Handoff + Lead Distribution.
