CHRA is the local Baltimore area chapter affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management. Our Mission: Provide best-in-class resources to empower the Human Resources community in their effort to drive business success. CHRA is the largest HR membership association in Maryland, with over 1,000 members. In 2017, CHRA was ranked as one of the top 25 associations in Maryland by the Baltimore Business Journal.
