LIVING OUR PROMISE, FOR 45 YEARS Over 45 years ago, Fellowship Square Phoenix was a 20-acre, barren plot of desert land. With a vision and passion to serve Arizona Seniors, a faith-based group in the community, formed a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization. This was the birth of Christian Care. The first arm of the ministry, The Christian Care Health Center opened its doors in 1980, offering 24-hour skilled nursing care. Christian Care has grown to be the largest provider of not-for-profit Senior Living in Arizona. Their portfolio includes over 2500 Units. The Fellowship Square Senior Living Communities are comprised of Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care. Each community also hosts Home Health, Hospice, Home Care and Supportive Services, Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinics, and Physician Clinics. Fellowship Square was founded on Christian love and excellence. We are dedicated to providing fulfilling lifestyles and promoting independence to the Residents, we serve.
