This position entails actively participating in the Christie Lites Management Team to focus on company-wide objectives, conducting regular meetings with various departments, and collaborating to enhance both efficiency and quality. Additionally, the role involves creating and documenting processes to improve efficiency, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess staff performance, and reviewing metrics to effectively track productivity.
