Some Days You Win. Some Days You Just Show Up. Didn’t make it to my usual NetWORK workout this morning, and the workout wasn’t my best - but I showed up. Sometimes it’s about pushing through even when it’s not perfect. And that’s exactly what this morning’s workout was all about. I’m reminding myself today that: ✅ A partial workout is better than no workout ✅ Showing up is a win in itself ✅ Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s still progress Giving myself some grace and choosing to build on what I did accomplish, rather than dwelling on what I didn’t. Consumers want a frictionless experience. End of discussion. Rachel Chonko sat down with Cory Brightwell to learn more about how Chuze Fitness is delivering a frictionless gym experience. Their solution? Technology. The company rolled out a custom mobile app in 2024, allowing members to manage their accounts seamlessly. "It really gives the member the ability to manage their membership at their fingertips and not have to go into the club or not have to call somebody,” explained Brightwell. “Consumers in general want to have the ability to control. They don’t want friction when using the gym or really using any business.” Additionally the two discuss how Chuze has scaled operations will keeping it culture, industry trends and the rise of Gen Z gym members, addressing gym etiquette and social media use, and more.
