The narrow cobblestone streets and historic charm made it the perfect place for a day of exploration and cultural immersion. ✨ 🌿After exploring the village, we headed to Can Barrull for a unique olive oil tasting experience with Iolanda Bustos and Sheila Struyck - chef sustainable gastronomy. 🫒 Students sampled organic olive oils paired with fresh bread and botanical complements, deepening their appreciation for Catalonia's culinary traditions. 🥘🌳The day wrapped up with a delicious paella under the shade of olive trees, creating an unforgettable and authentic Mediterranean experience.
