In the world of cigar legislation, we normally write about the bad. This is something that's potentially quite good, a bill aimed to bring cigar bars to Louisville, Kentucky. It's a wonderful city to visit, filled with good food, amazing Bourbon and (of course) the Kentucky Derby. Right now, it's nearly impossible to enjoy a cigar there, and most cigar smokers are forced to go far to puff in peace. This legislation aims to make cigar bars legal in one of our favorite cities.
