What do you like best about Cimmaron Mortgage Manager?
Most CRM's create a solution they think everyone should use, but do not consider how different originators think they should run their business. As a result, customization is very limited, costly, and/or takes a long time to implement. With Cimmaron, we have been able to quickly and easily implement some intense customizations using multiple 3rd party applications. And while we have been able to stump even the most sophisticated and costly CRM's with our conditional logic, Cimmaron has been able to handle it with ease. In short, if you can think it - there is likely a way Cimmaron can do it. Their customer support is incredible and works with you to help you acheive your individual goals, not just push you to what they have already setup for you. So whether you are a "hands off" LO that just wants something that works, or a power user looking to create the latest and greatest POS system that integrates with LOS's and industry vendors - you can make Cimmaron work for you.
What do you dislike about Cimmaron Mortgage Manager?
There is so much power and opportunity in Cimmaron it can be overwhelming. The user interface (UX) of the desktop application can appear cumbersome or outdated, but that is because it is like the advanced command center. Once you learn the simple fields you need to edit, or simply setup the automations to work as they should, it will appear much better. And if you use the website portal that matches the interface of the mobile app, it looks even better/cleaner and much easier to use. Just have to get past the initial intimidation of all the controls to learn that with the automations and integrations you can GREATLY simply it.
What problems is Cimmaron Mortgage Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cimmaron doesn't get bogged down in the hubris of being the "best system for everything". They do things well, and what they don't do well now they are constantly improving or integrating with systems that do it better. We need a flexible system that allowed use to deploy complex campaigns and automations to support our loan officers with little involvement from the LO's, but still allow for customization for that LO. Cimmaron achieves that for us. We also wanted a partner that listens to feedback and is constantly improving things that actually matter to originators, not just the thoughts and whims of the marketing teams that manage these systems at a Corporate level. Cimmaron "gets" the loan officer needs and implements things that are useful in the day-to-day of a loan officer.
