Home sales activity and median prices rose across Butler, Hamilton and Warren counties in September compared to the same period a year ago, according to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. Home sales in September 2024 reached 1,492, a 3.1% increase from the 1,304 sales recorded a year ago.
