National Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to celebrate the cultures, traditions, and contributions of the Latino and Hispanic communities across the nation. Our very own Judy Reinoso was born in Lima, Peru and moved to the United States when she was 20 years old. “My culture’s red and green colors remind me of home and where my family comes from. The rich food, spectacular dances, and beautiful music have a big influence on who I am, and it’s fulfilling to have time to celebrate my traditions with the people around me. I’m grateful to be a dual language individual and be able to use Spanish every day to help Cinfed’s Hispanic members. I’m proud of how much my heritage has to offer, and I hope everyone visits at least one Hispanic country in their lifetime. It’s important to see first-hand how much of an impact my culture can have on our lives."

What is it like working at Cinfed? Coalton joined us as a teller just two years ago with no banking experience. After helpful training and encouragement from his co-workers, he received a promotion to Head Teller at Cinfed's Oakley branch. "My experience at Cinfed has been nothing but extraordinary. I was nervous to try something new, but the good training and amount of support I got helped me take the next step in my career. Being in the branch allows me to build a special bond with members, and I want it to be known that Cinfed takes pride in how we serve them."
