About us

We were founded by a group of people in 1917 who saw a need and did something about it. 100+ years later, that is still our DNA, we are the someone's who show up and do something when someone is in need, especially children and families. Our five programs include services in: Counseling, Transitional Living, Mentorship and Foster Care. We continue to grow, expand and find ways to do more for more!

  • Circle of Care is honored to have been chosen as the beneficiary of this year's Woodward Elks Rodeo Benefit Auction, Dinner, and Dance! This exciting event, which gives back to nonprofits every year in the Woodward community, will be held on Saturday, November 9th. There will also be a cash-back raffle. Raffle tickets are $25 each or 5 for $100. Each ticket is good for admission and can be purchased at the Woodward Foster Care Office at 1915 Oklahoma Ave., Suite 5, or by calling Kendra Pierce at (580) 483-3130.

  • We're excited to introduce you to Cindy Boecking, the Director of BEYOND, a new program supporting post-adoptive families. Cindy and her husband Michael are former foster parents who have 3 children, 2 of which are adopted. She has run an adoption and foster care ministry at Crossings Community Church for 15 years and is a TBRI practitioner. Welcome to the team, Cindy! April has been practicing social work for over 15 years and has been with Circle of Care for 8 of those.
