After an amazing career of dedication and service, Eileen Fullenkamp, our “glue”, is retiring from CiresiMorek, perhaps taking her talents to South Beach. Eileen met Robert Ciresi & Mark Morek in 2004, during their time at Carmon Group.   When Robert & Mark decided to create CiresiMorek, they knew they needed a foundation, a rock, someone who they could count on ... after exhausting negotiations, she joined CiresiMorek.   Eileen has been the backbone of our organization, bringing structure, direction, and unwavering support to our team. Her expertise in operations, finance, HR, and meticulous attention to detail has been instrumental in moving our company forward. Her willingness to take on any task, no matter how big or small, has made all the difference. And she did it all with an incredibly positive attitude that made every day brighter.   Over the years, Eileen has become more than a trusted colleague, she has become family. While we will find ways to cover the extraordinary amount of work she handled, we know we will never truly replace her.   Eileen, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
