    🙌 In our recent interview with Katrina Hill, CPM, Director of Public Affairs and Communication at the City of Winter Haven, some really interesting insights were shared. Katrina explained that they started with a soft launch of Citibot on their website, which quickly gained traction with residents. "It was remarkable how quickly people adopted it.     👏 We recently hosted an enlightening webinar with Joe Conroy, Public Information Officer for The City of Bakersfield, one of our valued customers. During the session, hosted by our Chief Revenue Officer, Mary Frances Coryell, Joe shared valuable insights into developing the brand identity for The City of Bakersfield's new chatbot, offering many insightful moments. When asked about the process, Joe explained, "It was a really good experience working with Citibot on this. Initially, we struggled with naming our bot and even considered 'Ask the Colonel' after our city’s founder. However, feedback suggested that Colonel Baker wasn’t as well known as we thought." This led to an aha moment when the team stumbled upon another city’s chatbot named Archie. "We thought, why not name ours Archie too, inspired by the iconic Bakersfield arch? It made perfect sense and resonated well with our community." 🔥 Joe also highlighted the collaborative effort in finalizing the design. "The team was amazing, offering us multiple design options and being receptive to our feedback. We felt like we were being picky, but they were great to work with and delivered exactly what we wanted."
