While the physical act of journaling isn’t what drives success, it does set into motion the intention you need to be successful. When you’re constantly thinking about what you want to accomplish and affirming those goals, you start to take the actions you need to achieve them. If journaling is new to you, start small. Start by devoting 5 minutes a day to writing out your goals, what you’re grateful for and how you feel that day. Do you journal on a regular basis? How has it helped you? One of the most important reasons to include the things you love in your budget is because it allows for sustainability. Constantly telling yourself not to spend money on things you love sets you up for failure. Instead, factor an amount you can afford into your budget. When you know you can afford to spend money on fun things, you won’t feel bad for doing so. Did you know I create budget plans for my clients? If you’re interested in having me create one for you, drop “RAYABUDGET” in the comments and I’ll send you the next steps! https://lnkd.in/gRDM_S_j #citygirlsavings #moneycoach #moneygoals #budgetinghelp #personalfinanceforwomen #personalfinancecoaching
