For National Customer Service Week, it is very easy to celebrate the great work our Customer Care and Billing Team does every day – and boy howdy are they busy! Last year alone, they helped 7,500 people who came to City Hall for service and connected with more than 30,500 customers via calls. It is through their interactions with residents or support among our team, that they are committed to excellence, integrity, and service!

How do you flip the script on traditional town hall meetings? You listen more and let the audience help drive the conversation. That is exactly what the City of Boerne did at our recent neighborhood discussion meeting, where local representatives engaged in meaningful dialogue about ongoing projects, code enforcement, and water restrictions. The event fostered a collaborative atmosphere, allowing us to listen directly to our residents and address their concerns. Another way we are elevating our customer service experience and achieving the high quality of living our residents have come to expect. READ MORE: https://lnkd.in/gTxBT3Ah
