Brentwood is excited to use the BEACON award and employee engagement platform! Designed to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the incredible Brentwood team, the platform provides numerous opportunities for employees to collaborate and receive recognition from their peers. The platform offers photobooks for employees to upload pictures, a nomination’s portal for employee recognition awards, and real time acknowledgement of employees going above and beyond. The platform’s social wall allows employees to recognize each other’s accomplishments, creating a space where appreciation flows freely. And to keep things engaging, Human Resources includes games that make contributions and appreciation an interactive experience, keeping morale high while fostering a productive work environment!
