A special shout out 🔊 to the code compliance professionals in the City of Escondido who worked diligently with a property owner to bring a local property into compliance. 👍 The site in question had a case history of issues and complaints spanning several years. Located near Escondido High School, it imposed not only safety but health hazard issues as well on the local community 🏘️. Last spring Escondido code enforcement began working with the owners and over the course of seven months transformed the property, greatly improving the appearance and safety of the area.
