Here's our latest City of Morgan Hill Teammate Spotlight! Meet Inga Alonzo, the ultimate multitasker and our go-to Administrative Analyst for the Utilities Division! Whether it’s keeping the team stocked with essential gear or fielding calls about water breaks, sewer spills, and street issues, Inga’s got it covered. Working alongside a crew that braves the elements day and night, Inga ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine—on the street and behind the scenes! Off the clock, Inga’s all about family fun! She adores her grandchildren, and when she’s not with them, you can catch her cruising along the Coyote Creek Trail on her bike (that’s 30 miles round-trip!). She’s also a big fan of Morgan Hill’s amazing wineries and loves checking out all the cool spots, from parks to escape rooms. Inga, we’re so grateful for everything you do to keep our City flowing smoothly! You rock!

Introducing our latest Teammate Spotlight! Meet Tracy Shaw, our dedicated Fire Captain at El Toro Fire Station, who has proudly served our City for six years. With two years at El Toro, Tracy leads a hardworking team that’s deeply committed to the community. His crew’s camaraderie and support inspire him daily, driving them to tackle every challenge with determination—whether it’s a daring rescue, like saving a movie star horse during a rainstorm, or building relationships with the community at special events like National Night Out. Tracy’s devotion to his family is just as strong when he’s off duty. He loves watching his daughters shine in competitive soccer, staying active at the gym, and biking through our beautiful surroundings. Thank you, Captain Shaw, for your unwavering dedication to keeping our community safe. We appreciate you!

Summer's here, and so is our latest Morgan Hill Teammate Spotlight! We are thrilled to introduce Molly Fittro, the City's Aquatics Supervisor! For over two years, Molly's passion has made waves at our award-winning Aquatics Center. Her passion doesn't stop with her job—you might even spot her enjoying the lap lanes on her days off! Molly's expertise goes beyond keeping the pool sparkling. She plays a vital role in fostering a safe, joyful work environment and bringing smiles to our community. Her commitment has been transformative for the Aquatics Center and the entire Parks and Recreation department. But Molly's life isn't all work and swim! Recently married, she cherishes quality time with her husband. Together, they explore hiking trails with their two dogs, conquer swims, and train for triathlons. Talk about impressive! And here's a fun fact: Molly sees Downtown Morgan Hill as the perfect setting for love stories, just like the rom-coms on TV! Who knows, you might just meet your special someone while visiting our charming town. Thank you, Molly, for your hard work and infectious enthusiasm! You're making a splash in our community, and we look forward to seeing you at the pool this summer!

For over 35 years, John has not only dedicated his career to the City but also proudly calls it his home.   John has been instrumental in supporting the planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining of Morgan Hill's municipal infrastructures. His dedication and expertise have been crucial to our City's development.   Outside the office, John loves BBQing and spending quality time with his family. He highly recommends exploring Morgan Hill's beautiful Downtown, City Hall campus, and the award-winning Aquatics Center, whether you're new to town or just visiting.   Thank you, John, for your unwavering commitment to our community! Your loyalty and hard work have made a tremendous impact.
