The Oceanside City Council announced the reestablishment of its Youth Commission, creating opportunities for high school students to participate in local government and community leadership. Applications are now being accepted from Oceanside youth in grades 9-12 who wish to serve. The Youth Commission will provide a platform for Oceanside's younger residents to voice their concerns, share perspectives, and contribute to City initiatives. Youth Commission members will work directly with City officials, gaining valuable experience in civic engagement while helping advise on policies that affect our community.
