🏫 New Elementary School Coming Soon to Ontario Ranch 🖍 In an exciting collaboration between Brookfield Residential and Mountain View School District (MVSD), the school district has approved a land purchase agreement to construct a new elementary school in Ontario Ranch. This upcoming elementary school (TK-6) will serve the New Haven master-planned community and families in the surrounding areas. It will be located on 10.4 acres at the intersection of La Avenida Drive and Turner Avenue. The school, which is anticipated to open in August 2026, will accommodate approximately 850 students. "With the rapid evolution of New Haven and the Ontario Ranch masterplan surrounding it, Brookfield Residential is helping to ensure that education not only keeps pace but leads the way," said Brookfield Properties Development Vice President Dave Bartlett. 🏘 The new school announcement comes as Brookfield Residential opens two new neighborhoods, Row (210 townhomes) and Dwell (88 single-family homes), in its New Haven community in the City of Ontario next month. 📰 For more details, continue reading here: https://lnkd.in/gi4X9WmM
