The Greenhouse Road Apartments in Katy, Texas is a multifamily garden style complex being built on 221,386 S.Q.FT. It will have 180 apartments plus a separate leasing office, making it a total of 7 buildings. McCue project is at 30% completion. We've completed the 3-story concrete structure for the garage and light-gauge metal framing for almost 2 stories of apartment units. Plans is to complete the remaining 2 story apartments, and reach dry-in status by Feb 2025. By employing prefab light-gauge framing with logistics of tower cranes, we've sped up the progress to finish 30,000 Sq Ft per 10 days of work, planning to reach the finish line ahead of schedule.
