The Senate Judiciary Committee held an important hearing earlier today: "Closing the Justice Gap: How to Make the Civil Justice System Accessible to All Americans." For the past year, billboards in Dane County and Racine have been spreading the word about LegalTuneUp.org, our free, online, DIY tool to help clear common civil legal barriers. While the billboard campaign is ending soon, our work is not. We continue to do in-person clinics and update the tool to help clear eviction and criminal records, change child support orders, reinstate Driver's Licenses, and soon the tool will help end debt harassment!
