One of the mantras that I hold close to my heart is:   "Empowered women empower women."   And this is a non-negotiable in a country where the gender pay gap, significant disparities between a man and a woman's access to strategic wealth-building strategies, as well as the limited availability of financial education and unbiased expert financial advice still negatively impacts our financial well-being today.   It's amazing when you meet other women who embody the same "women lifting women" vibes on female empowerment.   So when I recently connected with two incredible women organically on the "social webs," I was excited to learn that we feel the aligned feels of helping other women experience support and empowerment in their finances.   I'm honored to be their first guest of 2024 on their amazing podcast platform, Empowered Women Live.   Allow me to introduce my hosts...   Jenny Varteressian, Esq. is a Business Tax Attorney/Guru, who refused to let a miserable job define her life. After law school, she found herself trapped in a stagnant, repetitive, and anxiety-ridden life and decided to start her own business to create a life that was on HER terms.   Michelle Fuccella,CDS® is a Financial Advisor and Certified Divorce Specialist, who witnessed her own mother’s struggles and health issues, which led her to understand the importance of being financially savvy at a young age. Now her personal motivation lies in empowering women to achieve that same financial independence in their own lives.   Both are experts in the financial services industry and are creating space for women to step into empowered stewardship of their finances and wealth-building opportunities.   I'm grateful to have an opportunity to talk about how important it is to create a financial foundation as a woman so that you can achieve the success you are striving for. In the spirit of Erin Gallagher's powerful and amazing hashtag #HypeWomen Movement (another female badass I admire tremendously), I’m sharing big love and gratitude to Farnoosh Torabi for the invitation to join her at an intimate dinner in Los Angeles last month to celebrate her book release “A Healthy State of Panic.” As the daughter of immigrants who has charted her own path in a very male dominated industry, and as a highly sought after expert, speaker, and female who continues to make a powerful impact for others in the areas of personal finance and financial independence, her book is a must read.
