Here are some recent construction updates from the Waterford Business Park in Belville, NC! - We are pleased to report that we are 90% complete with the stormwater system installation. We have a temporary solution to tie in the stormwater system as we await the movement of an electric line feeding the pump station to get to a 100% Stormwater System. - Our site contractors have already started demolishing the prior existing stormwater system. Building 3, which will house Bridgewater wines, is our top priority for this demolition work. - Once the stormwater demolition is complete, we will begin grading the pad for Building 3. Our goal is to start the foundation work by the end of May. - Foundation will commence once demo of existing stormwater pipe and grading is completed. We are looking to begin by the end of May. - The site contractor will continue stormwater demolition across the rest of the site. Additionally, utility services will be installed for each proposed building as we move forward.
