With the recent sale approval of 1.5 acres of land for the construction of the Las Vegas Museum of Art, cultural offerings in our community are set to be elevated to new heights. Nevada continues to make strides in its efforts to support the state’s small business community. The Nevada Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) was recently awarded $4.2M to support rural, tribal, and health care businesses, as well as startups and advanced manufacturing businesses. Clark County is investing $130M to upgrade the Summerlin Parkway-215 interchange, bringing key infrastructure enhancements to the community. The project includes the development of four new roadway bridges, widening of the existing bridge and adding three trail bridges in addition to other enhancements.
