Claymont Capital Partners has a sole focus: to acquire, operate, and grow a small business in the Atlanta or Washington, D.C. metro areas. We strive to preserve the legacy of the current owner and accelerate the growth of the business. We are looking for profitable businesses with a history of pre-tax profits of $750k to $2.5mm. Our core industries are B2B services, healthcare, software, niche manufacturing and specialized distribution. We prefer owners on a near-term path to retirement or are transitioning away from the business.
