On September 6th we held our first ever symposium on the state of Clear Cell Sarcoma!! We held a webinar in the morning and had intense discussions in the afternoon. We want to thank everyone who attended and made this event a HUGE success!! Dr. Kevin B. Jones, Dr. Nobu Hasegawa, Denise Reinke, Barbara VanHare, Hannah and Sarah from our patient registry project with xCures, our CCSF team and our beautiful families sharing their stories of their ccs warriors: Kim Butler and Amber Miller (Honoring Jason Miller) and Donna and Kevin O’Brien (Honoring Cooper), Brian Gould (Honoring Erica), Ann Lopez and Lisa Faulkner. The result of the symposium will be shared at CTOS and through publishing RWD collected from the CCS family who have experienced current treatments and struggles first hand. This shared data will effect change in our rare world of ccs. Thank you to everyone who has supported this event and project through giving and fundraising events. Our hearts are always with Kristina and her family 💛 Clear cell sarcoma is a rare and aggressive cancer and when a person is diagnosed they are given little hope of action. Our foundation exists to ultimately restore hope to this community who hasn’t been given much.
