I’m now eager to apply what I've learned to create innovative, smarter, and more accessible transit solutions that advance equity." A key highlight of Alesia’s journey was her capstone project, "It's in the Schedules: Better Operator Work Schedules to Improve Satisfaction and Retention." This project, focused on improving operator retention through innovative scheduling strategies, is a testament to her dedication to finding practical solutions to some of the most pressing issues in public transportation today. We are grateful to APTA for offering such a transformative program that not only prepares industry leaders but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Congratulations to all of this year's graduates on this incredible achievement, and thank you to American Public Transportation Association for your continued commitment to developing the next generation of public transit leaders.

As communities across the southeastern U.S. continue to recover from the impacts of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton, our hearts are with all those affected, including members of the Clever Devices family and our transit partners. We’re proud to see the compassion and resilience of our employees during these challenging times. Special thanks to Thomas Radenhausen, M.S., who worked with Happy Helicopters to deliver critical supplies to cut-off areas, and Tim Gillespie, who coordinated relief efforts with veterans' organizations, emergency management groups, and food banks to send much-needed aid. Clever Devices has also made a donation to support the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. We are grateful to the Red Cross and all organizations working tirelessly to help those in need. 🏡 Building Homes, Building Futures Every year, Clever Devices proudly sponsors a Habitat for Humanity build, and this year our team had the incredible opportunity to be part of something groundbreaking—literally! Earlier this month, a group of our dedicated NY-based employees headed to Brentwood to help finish a home unlike any other we've worked on before. This home is the world's first predominantly 3D-printed house, a remarkable achievement made possible by Habitat for Humanity of Long Island and SQ4D, a leader in 3D-printed homes. Our team helped put the finishing touches on this innovative build, working on tasks like building a shed, painting the exterior, and putting up the inside wet walls.
