This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, technical delivery, and business development of the networking practice. You will play a critical role in shaping our service offerings, mentoring a team of network engineers and architects, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of networking projects. As a thought leader, you will provide expertise in cutting-edge network solutions, including SDN, SD-WAN, network automation, micro-segmentation, and cloud networking. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Practice Leadership & Strategy • Develop and implement the vision and growth plan for the Networking Practice. • Establish service offerings in consulting, design, deployment, and managed services. • Lead solution development in network modernization, automation, and hybrid multi-cloud environments. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with company objectives. • Business Development & Client Engagement • Partner with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Engage in pre-sales activities like client meetings, proposals, and technical presentations. • Build strong client relationships as a trusted networking advisor. • Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing materials showcasing the practice’s capabilities. • Technical Delivery & Project Oversight • Oversee network solution delivery to meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets. • Guide the technical team in designing and implementing complex network solutions. • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and security protocols. • Manage resource allocation, staffing, and recruitment of networking talent. • Team Leadership & Mentorship • Lead and mentor network engineers and architects, promoting technical excellence. • Facilitate training to keep the team updated on new technologies and certifications • Conduct performance reviews and develop career progression plans.
