Cold plunge pools are becoming a popular feature at resorts, offering an intense, invigorating experience with water temperatures below 60°F. While the health benefits are often discussed, our focus is on engineering and constructing these pools to the highest standards. Key Design & Construction Considerations: Code Compliance: Cold plunge pools are typically regulated like spas, requiring a 30-minute turnover time, adherence to sanitation and ADA accessibility standards. Structural Integrity: Your pool must be watertight, durable, and built with slip-resistant, cleanable materials. Custom Design: Deeper pools (around 4 feet) with lower benches are preferred for full immersion. Variable seating heights can accommodate different comfort levels.
