We are excited to announce the first approval of petition I-829 for an investor in our Group 65 – Stillwater Deep Ellum project. Important news from USCIS: USCIS has announced a change to the validity period for green card extensions, increasing it to 36 months for those that are pending a removal of conditions adjudication. This change aims to streamline the renewal process, and the timing more closely aligns with the current posted adjudication time frame for I-829 petitions.

The CMB Group 89 – Hillwood City Creek project has received approval for Form I-956F in just 39 days.
