It's #MentalIllnessAwarenessWeek and we're reminding you that everyone deserves a support system and access to the resources they need to thrive. Check on your loved ones and be honest with them about how you’re feeling, too. Every open conversation brings us closer to removing stigma from mental health. Give yourself permission to express your feelings and emotions. Talking about how you feel and sharing that something is not right does not make you weak, different or incapable of something - it is a first step toward making self-care your priority. Reach out to loved ones, find a community, try therapy or seek professional help - do whatever feels right to you. CNS Healthcare is always here for you, if and when you need us. #WeAreCNSHealthcare #CNSHealthcareCares #MichiganMentalHealth #MoreForMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters #CCBHC

It's perfectly normal to talk with friends about seeing a doctor for a sore throat or sprained ankle, so why should it be any different to discuss seeing a therapist when you're struggling with a mental health concern? Whether it's you or someone you love going through mental health challenges, opening up and talking about mental health with others can be a big first step in getting help and reducing mental health stigma. #WeAreCNSHealthcare #CNSHealthcareCares #MichiganMentalHealth #MoreForMentalHealth #MentalHealthMatters #CCBHC
