I want to introduce you to Proxie #6. This picture was taken this morning as Proxie #6 was getting ready for another full shift of cart movement. Proxie #6 is a workhorse, having been in production service since October, and currently leading our fleet with 4,529 carts moved. It’s scary to send your first robots off to work moving carts that weigh hundreds of pounds traveling long distances in warehouses that can fluctuate in temperature by 60 degrees between summer and winters. Proxie is the general-purpose humanoid industrial customers actually need… trustworthy, adaptable, useful… and a little less… human.
