About us
Neurodiversity is a hot topic for good reason. Neurodivergent adults make up more than 30% of the global population. Often characterized by creativity, hyper-focus, extreme intelligence, and loyalty, this under-represented minority is an untapped resource that can accelerate your business. By transforming your organization to support neurodiversity, you will open your company up to employees that will drive innovation, inspire creativity, and increase productivity through complex problem solving and simplification of process. Many of the challenges that are present with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and other conditions under the neurodiversity umbrella, have low or no-cost solutions to make the workplace adaptable. By sharing her experiences as a late-in-life diagnosed neurodivergent with Autism and ADHD, Jessica will deliver an inspiring session to your employees that will motivate them to drive inclusion through actions easily added to their daily conversations.

I am still buzzing from the great conversation on today's Neurodiverse Professionals Community virtual meetup! We talked about sensory challenges in the workplace, traded tips and recommendations, and learned about pink noise. Autism, ADHD, giftedness, dyslexia....so many neurodivergent identities can make the workplace difficult to manage. Community helps. Want to join us? We meet every Thursday at 9am Pacific Time via Zoom! There is no fee to join the weekly call. https://lnkd.in/gmhENUuJ

Masking at work is a defense mechanism that many neurodiverse individuals use to avoid stigma and discrimination. This constant effort to appear "normal" can be incredibly draining. Managers can help by creating an environment where employees feel safe to express their true selves. This includes providing training on neurodiversity, encouraging open conversations, and implementing supportive policies that recognize and accommodate different needs. #Unmasking #SupportiveWorkplace #Neurodiversity

Are you an autistic manager or leader? I'm partnering with my friends at Drexel University to help with research on autistics who manage or lead people. If you manage one or more employees and are able to fill out an anonymous online survey, please DM me. Thank you for your help in studying #NeurodiversityAtWork.
