This milestone is a testament to the expertise, commitment, and teamwork that define our company, especially in the complex and demanding healthcare sector. With deep sadness, we mourn the loss of a true legend. Danny Stigers retired from Coastal Mechanical in 2021 and passed away August 16th. Dr. “D” Danny Stigers was the heart of Coastal, a true mentor who touched the lives of everyone he worked with. His vast knowledge and willingness to teach were unmatched. Danny wasn't just a sheet metal guru; he was a guiding light for countless apprentices and seasoned professionals alike. Whether solving complex problems or sharing life lessons, he always made time for others. Danny's legacy as a mentor will live on through those he taught and inspired. 3 Week Schedules at our Epic Hotel Project at Universal! While an overall production plan provides a long-term vision, short-term production planning focuses on shorter intervals, typically three weeks. This approach recognizes that construction projects are subject to numerous variables, such as weather conditions, material availability, workforce availability, and unforeseen challenges. As a result, short-term production planning allows project teams to: 1.       Stay Agile and Responsive 2.       Optimize Resource Allocation 3.       Enhance Communication and Coordination 4.       Track Progress and Performance 5.       Facilitate Continuous Improvement At Coastal Mechanical Services, we continually work together to improve our planning and scheduling processes so that we can provide our customers with Operational Excellence throughout the project.
